CP HOOT TA BOOT is a beautiful, well-made yearling filly by the great Dash Ta Fame, si 113, out of A Hoot Too Boot, si 85 (by Noble Pride, si 104).

 

CP Hoot Ta Boot is an outstanding filly in every way. She's had 20 rides on her as well as 20 days driving on the chariots. She started real easy and is ready to go on into race or barrel training -- and she will excel in either.

 

CP Hoot Ta Boot is very sweet and kind. She has plenty of ambition, yet she is easy going. She is a smart filly and has ideal conformation.

 

Her dam, A Hoot Too Boot, si 85, is a race winner. She has not had a foal go to the track yet.

 

CP Hoot Ta Boot's 2nd dam, Fantastic Deal, si 109, was a tough, sound horse that ran 44 races with a record of 14 wins, 11 times 2nd and 10 times 3rd. She finished 2nd in the Eastern Idaho State Fair Futurity, 3rd in the Sugar N Spice Futurity, and 3rd in the Sweetwater Downs Derby. Fantastic Deal earned $24,624.

Monita (by Joe Moore) was one of the toughest Quarter racing mares of all time. Her career spanned from 1949 to 1955. She had 89 official starts and an unknown number of match races. She won 30 races -- including 10 stakes races (at distances of 250 yards to 440 yards) at a number of tracks around the country. She equaled or set 7 track records from south Texas to northern California. Monita set a world record in her career debut.

Monita, AAAT, earned $44,296. She was 1951 Co-World Champion Quarter Running Mare & 1951 Co-Champion Quarter Running Horse.

Monita had 12 foals, 10 starters, 10 winners, including Chickamona who finished 2nd in the All American Futurity.
