  On the same day the u.s. army's 173rd Airborne
dropped from
the sky into northern Iraq in 2003, our mare
Charlys Ragtime Band
(by Band of Azure)
delivered a handsome little brown stud colt. Because our son Donovan was with
the 173rd Airborne in Iraq, our boys decided this war-time colt
 ought to be
called "Sky Soldier," a nickname for the soldiers of the 173rd Airborne.
DJ Sky Soldier,

gelding with a lot of muscle.
He is balanced, has good bone, and a gorgeous head.
His legs and feet are strong and sturdy. He is very correct. Soldier is
extremely athletic and he can really move! Additionally, he has a calm nature

good mind. He is a real sweetheart. As of January, 2005, Soldier stands just
over 15.2 hands and is really built!
