Luke's quick and catty as a cutting horse, and knows he was born to run! Luke has a nice shoulder, a lot of bone and muscle, and he is very correct. He is so full of himself.

Rare News was also a finalist in the PCQHRA Handicap and the San Diego Handicap. He earned $43,758 on the track.
