WSS Famous LaJolla 2002 AQHA Sorrel Mare

Streakin La Jolla - Gotta Be Famous, Dash Ta Fame

WSS Famous Lajolla is a beautiful mare by Streakin La Jolla, si 99, out of the Dash Ta Fame mare Gotta Be Famous.

Her sire, Streakin La Jolla, is the stakes winning sire of such renowned horses as Streakin Sin Tacha, si 108, World Champion, Champion Aged Horse and Champion Aged Gelding, and Mr Jess Perry, si 113, Champion Two-Year-Old and Champion Two-Year-Old Colt.

Gotta be famous, her dam is an own daughter of Dash Ta Fame, si 113.  Dash Ta Fame earned $290,812 in 13 starts that included wins in the Golden State Futurity, El Primero Del An Derby and the Vandys Flash Handicap. She shin-bucked early as a two-year-old and never got the chance to run.

WSS Famous lajolla is just off the track with a speed index of 93, 2 wins, 1 second, twice third from 11 starts. She earned $5,164 for her efforts.

This well-made filly does what is asked of her. She is an honest horse, sound, good minded and easy to be around. She is now ready for a second career — her breeding, attitude and athleticism make her a tremendous barrel prospect.

Offered for sale $10,000. For more information, contact Woods by email wood@brigham.net.  SOLD. WSS Famous LaJolla is now in Minnesota where she will become an excellent barrel horse. Congratulations to the new owner! 2-5-06.
